How and when do we pay?

To confirm your booking we will require a deposit of 25% of our agreed package, which is non-refundable. This will secure us as your wedding photographer for the day. Please note that until the deposit is paid we cannot guarantee to remain free for your chosen date and popular dates go very quickly. However, once the deposit is paid the date is reserved exclusively for you, which is why the deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance will be due 14 days prior to your wedding day. Payment for both deposit and balance can be made by cheque or cash.

What if we are getting married more than 20 miles from Epsom ?

There are no additional costs for weddings within 20 miles from Epsom, Surrey. However, if your venue/s are more than 20 miles from Epsom, an additional charge of 40 pence per mile will be incurred to cover travel expenses and is payable with the final balance.

How long do you need to process our wedding pictures ?

Within two weeks of your wedding you will be able to view your on-line album on our website, when you have selected your prints or images for your album, we will then start to process your order and deliver it to you within three weeks, along with the printable DVD of your on-line album.

What about contracts, insurance etc. ?

When you have verbally agreed to use us as your wedding photographer, we will then go through our wedding contract with you, once both parties are happy you and Teal photography will receive signed copies of the contract. Nearer the wedding date we will provide you with a checklist which will help you decide the types of images you are looking for and gives us a loose agenda to work from. We hope to never have to make use of our professional insurance but are happy to show you copies of our professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
